Dutch weave wire mesh is commonly used as filter media. Our micronic Dutch weave filter mesh is available in various meshes and weaves, each with its own advantages. The types of dutch weave wire cloth we offer include plain dutch weave, twilled dutch weave, and reverse dutch weave. These types of wire mesh are available in either\u00a0Plain Steel \/ AISI304 and AISI316 stainless steel<\/p>

Plain Dutch Weaves<\/p>

A plain weave with warp wires of larger diameter than weft wires. The hollander weave mesh is made up of a limited number of warp wires interwoven with the maximum number of weft wires, producing a very strong and firm cloth. During the weaving process, both the wires are driven closer to provide a more compact and dense mesh.<\/p>

It is superbly designed as a strong and firm mesh to suit various high pressure filtration applications.<\/p>

Twilled Dutch Weaves<\/p>

It is Hollander \/ Dutch plain weave with the addition of the weave pattern being twill. It has a double layer of weft wires. There are no apertures in the true sense of the word and the filtrate follows a supple path through the depth of the mesh.<\/p>

Hollander \/ Dutch twill weave mesh is one of the strongest and tightest wire meshes. Both warp and weft wires used in manufacturing this mesh pass over and under two adjoining complimentary wires and are twill weaved. This weave ensures more dense, compact aperture size and a very smooth surface. As it has the features of both dutch weave and twilled weave it has the ability to bear greater loads with finer openings. It is commonly used for fine filtration on hydraulic systems.<\/p>

Dutch Weave Filter Mesh, also known as Dutch Weave Mesh available in Plain Weave or Twill Weave, is a specialised type of woven wire mesh designed for high precision filtration and separation applications.<\/p>\n
