The profile build-up of each filter is determined by the level of filtration required alongside operating pressures.

2205 Duplex Stainless Steel Wire Mesh – Alloy Overview
2205 duplex stainless steel wire mesh is the most extensively used duplex stainless steel alloy in the industrial wire cloth world. As a duplex stainless steel alloy, 2205 duplex exhibits double the yield strength of most standard austenitic stainless steel alloys (i.e. T-316L). Additionally, 2205 duplex stainless steel wire cloth has superior corrosion resistance properties vs. T-316L wire cloth as a result of its higher chromium, nitrogen, and molybdenum content. Superduplex 2507
2507 Super Duplex Stainless Steel Wire Mesh – Alloy Overview
2507 super duplex stainless steel wire mesh is the most commonly used super duplex stainless steel alloy in the industrial wire cloth world. Its high chromium (25% ), molybdenum (4%), and nickel (7%) content make 2507 super duplex the ideal alloy for taxing applications requiring superior corrosion resistance and strength. Additionally, its higher chromium, molybdenum, and nickel content yield superior strength and resistance to pitting, crevice, and general corrosion vs. 2205 duplex. Some characteristics of 2507 super duplex stainless steel wire cloth which dictate its use are:
- Duplex stainless steel (both ferritic and austenitic).
- Magnetic in all conditions.
- Withstands outdoor exposure without rusting.
- Great resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking.
- Very resistant to corrosion by organic acids (i.e. formic and acetic acid).
- Able to be used in dilute hydrochloric acid.
- Easily welded, more difficult to cut and form than T-316L (thus, higher cutting forces are required).

Le tamis est ensuite découpé, mis en forme, assemblé et poli. La fente continue formée par les fils en V assure un contact en deux points entre les particules et la fente, ce qui réduit au minimum le colmatage.

Nous disposons en stock de plus de 30 panneaux de treillis soudés en acier inoxydable à usage général, au format standard 2 400 x 1 200 mm, dans les nuances 304, 316, 316L et 2205 Duplex, ainsi qu’en acier ordinaire. Des panneaux sur mesure sont également disponibles.
