Hollander (Dutch) Weave Filter Mesh

Hollander Weave Filter Mesh, also known as Dutch Weave Mesh available in Plain Weave or Twill Weave, is a specialised type of woven wire mesh designed for high precision filtration and separation applications.

Hollander Mesh is manufactured with a unique weaving pattern, a thicker wire in one direction and a more tightly woven wire on the other direction. Producing a denser and more compact mesh, commonly used in pharmaceutical, petrochemical, aerospace and wastewater treatment facilities.

Plain Weave Wire Cloth

Plain weave has its origins in braiding. With this weave, the material is interwoven. Each warp wire and each shute wire pass over one and under the next adjacent wire. Wires are crimped in the weaving operation. There are a number of ways of doing this, making the family of plain weaves extremely diverse with respect to appearance and structure.

There are a number of types of plain mesh characterized by different porosity ranges, combinations of opening sizes, and % open area; these include market grade wire mesh, tensile bolting cloth (also known as square mesh bolting cloth), and mill grade.
